We’ve Never Painted a Plane But We’re Practically at the Gate!

Ever wondered what it costs to give a commercial airplane a fresh coat of paint? Spoiler alert: it can reach $300,000! Want to see how it’s done? Buckle up and watch this CNBC video https://youtu.be/KCX2l-RXVjk?si=40vwwG0XW1VGdDAf

At Paint Platoon USA, we haven’t quite painted a plane yet but we’re so close, we can almost touch the tarmac!

Our latest takeoff: painting and labeling a shipping warehouse at O’Hare International Airport using PPG-Permacrete 4-22.

Our crew, including marketing director Alan Zuckerman (who means business, not just paint), has been flying high since 1984 when Alan was 2 and had not yet even boarded his first flight to Disney World.

Alan’s story includes boosting web traffic for our team after meeting Paint Platoon USA's Commander in Chief & former marine Scott Kuperman & his trusted ops manager Anna Kuperman in Cary Grove in 2009, doubling revenue for San Diego's medical flight provider Aeromedevac.com, and drawing inspiration from his father, Coach Mark Zuckerman a National Guard vet and Chicago Football & Wrestling coach who always dreamed of piloting.

So while we haven’t painted a 747, we’re helping keep the places planes call home looking sharp. Next time you fly out of O’Hare or Midway, keep your eyes peeled for our work!
